NWR .....Esurance Vent--Long Story

FH and I have our car insurance with esurance, we needed one policy and started a new one ( we were about to move) anyway, they said I could not apply my money ( paid with ATM card) to my new policy had to pay it in full and they will refund my money by issuing me a live check...this was since August and i have not gotten any money back, they give me the run around on the phone or anytime FH call they do the same thing, or they keep telling me the check they issued was returned but they sent it to the address we were moving too after i told them we were not moving anymore so the check was returned to them but they never sent ti to my new address ( bad enough they live in the stone age when i told them we don't live there where they sent the check and to put a top payment they told me they couldn't I had to wait for it to be sent back so i said there are alot of dishonest people what if it does not get sent back but thank GOD it did)their customer service reps are rude last night this one rep lied to me just to get me off the phone...I left a message for a manager to call me back and he did not get back to me until today at 6pm almost 24 hrs later and he told me the same crap he will follow up, HE further tried to explain to me that their billing dept is in California so that’s why it takes long. They owe me $800 from since august and i want my money I have to start my new policy and needless to say I'm not renewing with them but i want my money don't have extra dollars to spare.
