Help going to see hall.. need advice

Hey all.. here's my situation
We live in Nj, and its hard to get back to suffolk to meet vendors in person. I found my hall (timber point) and know its where im going to be booking (they have both my #1 and 2 dates open). I dont want to look over eager b/c im sure they will be vultures! But we want to do the walk through, contract neg. that day and get everything booked with the deposit. I grew up in the area and know that this is the right choice for a hall.
Please help me with any questions /negotion points that I should know before we go there (next saturdy is our appt).

ask what kind of liquer is searved, if you can lower the grade that might same you$$$, if chair covers are included ask if they can be removed and how much would that save you per person....maybe if you elimat some food during cocktail hr

we got a really great price outright but if i had to we would have def bargained. its ur day u deserve the best!

Also def ask about cutting the price if you cut the amt of food being served. My hall as a 4 course meal with CH and such. When we cut the food, the price will drop.
