Re: hotel room night of wedding

I looked at Garden City hotel...it was a minimum of about $350. I think we are going to go for the Hyatt Windwatch in Hauppauge (right near you reception hall). It is really pretty and they gave us a good rate. A Superior King room with champagne and strawberries, breakfast the next morning and late checkout (2pm) for $230. Can't beat that on LI...

Re: hotel room night of wedding

My friend is getting married at The North Ritz Club and is staying at the Fox Hollow Hotel. Hope that helps.

Also The Courtyard Marriott on the LIE service rd between exit 60 & 61 is cheaper.

Good Luck

Re: hotel room night of wedding

GCH is booked already for our wedding night, and my FSIL stayed there the night she got married and wasn't that impressed for some reason. They did love the club downstairs though. FI and I haven't looked any further into where we are staying that night.

Not sure if the rooms in Marriott are nice..I'll ask FI to check it out (he's in charge of this
