NWR: Recipes

I know there is a board for this but no one is ever on it so...

Does anyone know of any light and easy recipe websites? I especially need ideas for veggies and side dishes.

Thanks

Re: NWR: Recipes

I have a whole great book of lite recipes.
I made light shrimp fried rice last night.

Shrimp Fried Rice
5 or 7oz of shrimp(raw and peeled)
1/4 cup uncooked brown rice
1/2 medium green pepper chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1 egg scrambled
Dash of garlic powder
Dash of onion powder
1/4 teaspoon of Morton Lite Salt

Cook shrimp until pink
Cook brown rice
Spray skillet or wok with Pam
Saute onion and green pepper
Add other precooked ingredients, garlic powder, onion powder, and Morton Lite Salt
Cook until heated through.

Re: NWR: Recipes

Try buying the South Beach Diet Cookbook or Foodtv.com. Chefs Juan Carlos Cruz & George Strella usually have healthy recipes.
