I ordered my dress from there in Nov and it's in already.

They were great in the ordering process and when I went to visit they were great as well.

My mom started browsing when we went to visit my dress and ended up with her dress as well. The saleswoman in the bridesmaid/mob area was very helpful and friendly.

ETA: From what I've heard, it's better if you go on a weekday. I haven't been on the weekend but, I hear it's a zoo.

I had no problems with them at all. They were nice and my dress arrived in plenty of time and looked great. Plus, I got my dress for $400 less there then anyplace else.

I agree. I got my dress from them and had a great experience. however, I work by there and so I went during lunch during the week, and I went during the week for my fittings.

Whew!! Thank you all ladies.

They are the only place that can get my BM dresses for me in time since we are only going to order today.

we got my moms dress and bm dresses there and have no complaints. Everyone had alterations done on their own since most of my BM were from OOT

I'm going to order my BMs dresses from there as well, I'm waiting until a little closer to the date (and until one of my BMs gives birth).

My best friend went there for her 1st dress (she later changed her mind and cancelled and bought another dress) but the service was good, I dont remember if we went on a week or a weekend, it was probably a weekend. The dress she picked from there was gorgeous!!! I have no complaints I am actually going to look there for a dress as well.

I had a great experience at RK. The lady that helped was a total sweetheart and picked the perfect dress for me.

I ordered my dress from RK Bridal - I had a wonderful experience. It seemed that the girl that helped me knew the entire inventory.

I had a very good experience at RK. I went on a Saturday right when it opened at 9:30 and it wasn't too crowded. By the time I left (around 11:30) it was much more crowded. The service was great though.

We ordered BM dresses through their 'no frills' program. The price was right, and the dresses were in within 5-6 weeks. No problems.

I ordered my dress from RK Bridal in December, it is due to arrive in April. I went on a weekday and had a great experience there. The workers are very helpful and experienced, at no time did the employee place pressure on me to buy the dress. The employee even informed me of price matching, so that I could get the best price for my dress. Rk bridal also has a large selection of dresses, where one might get overwhelmed. Definitely avoid it on weekends, I heard it can get crazy in there.

Rave! I love RK!
I bought my dress out of state but would have got it from RK. I worked with JANICE!! She was absoloutly the best and I think she made the whole experience so much better.
I also bought my girls dresses there and have nothing but good things too say.
Only problem was when I went on a Friday morning, holiday, it was CRAZY parking was a biotch.
I am happy I went there. So far so good maids dresses due in Feb.

Yes, it's a lot cheaper. The main thing is that your girls get their measurements and alterations done elsewhere. It's going to be perfect for me because that was going to happen anyway since most of them are out of town. On the dresses we looked at for my girls in another salon, they quoted us $45 less as long as we ordered 2 or more dresses.

If you find a cheaper price on the internet, they will beat it by 5% as well (that's what their website says).

i went on a Saturday and had to wait about 30 minutes to get into a dressing room but my assistant was professional and helpful. BUT, they kicked me out after trying on 10 dresses. They should tell people they have a 7 dress limit somewhere!
