What is FOCCUS, I know about pre-cana but what is this?

It's basically a Meyers-Briggs test for your relationship. I think it's 156 relationship type questions that you agree, disagree, or are uncertain about.
We just took ours yesterday actually. It was no big deal.

some churches require a questionaire that you and your FH fill out, seperately, like a scantron. you then hand them in and you do not talk about it with FH. then a meeting is scheduled with a couple and they discuss the differences that you guys have marked down.

churches do it now, b/c of the high divorce rate these days. i havent done mine now, but i will soon.

Hmmm ok, when we met with the priest the only thing he mentioned was pre-cana so I was curious about this...

Not all Catholic Churches on Long Island require it, it's highly recommended by the Archdiocese of Rockville Centre (I had the same question as you did).

I called my church and they said they only require pre cana (I didn't ask specifically about FOCCUS though).
