Need travel agent for greek honeymoon

Hey ladies! Fh and I are planning a Greek island honeymoon. Problem is I can't seem to find a travel agent that is helpful and has a lot of information on the Greek islands. I checked out two different Liberty Travels (both pretty useless), a local agent who is supposed to call me tomorrow with more info, and one travel agent in Astoria (who was very helpful) although he was difficult to understand. Any names of travel agents you would recommend? TIA

your best bet might be a TA in astoria since it has a large greek population--my cousin went to santorini and loved it

I highly recommend Fantasy Travel. They are based in Athens and FH and I recently started working with them through e-mail to create an itinerary. We found them through Greektravel.com's Create an Itinerary Page. What's great about them is that they take care of all your transfers (airport to hotel, port to hotel if you're going to a few islands) and if you have a problem -- if your ferry/flight is cancelled -- you can call them and they can take care of it since they're there. I also found a whole bunch of great testimonials for the company here. You can adjust hotels to your budget if youwant something mid-priced in one place and a splurge in another (like in, say, Santorini!) Good luck!

ETA: I highly recommend browsing through the greektravel.com Web site. It's created by this guy who has traveled extensively in Greece, and has great information on the different islands. We're going to Naxos and Santorini, with a couple of days in Athens.

I am using Sandy from Journey Travel- it is ON long island though, dont know if that matters. she is wonderful... got us a great deal...we do have a slight personal connection to her, which may have helped a bit, but I highly recommend her
