Westbury Manor brides w/ ceremony at WM..
What time are you putting on your invitations? I had finally decided to put the actual time (6:30) and now my FMIL asked my FH what the WM suggests and what if the ceremony runs late, etc. and it's freaking me out! lol I mean, I'm glad she asked but I don't know what to do now...I was gonna go with the actual time partly b/c it's a friday night and since it starts at 6:30, I don't want people to feel more rushed than necessary who work till 5pm or later...I called them but haven't heard back yet and we want to order our invitations NOW

ok, I'm answering my own post b/c I just spoke with an officiant that we're considering using and they was asking where we're getting married, what time, etc. and I was like' 6, no 6:30!' and explained how I can't even keep it straight anymore b/c I keep changing what I'm doing for the invitation..ANYWAYS they recommended using a half hour earlier b/c esp. on a Friday people could be running late from work, hit traffic, etc. and this way we know we can start on time and not run into any problems. She said she has done weddings where they had to start late on a Friday night and it's not worth it!so unless anyone strongly objects
we're gonna use 6pm on the invitewow, that was a long post to myself

I put a half an hour earlier also. My BM told me to do that since they have refreshments for your guests before the ceremony.

I heard back from my BM who said to put 'promptly at 6:30' but I still think 6 is better!

My ceremony begins at 12pm on Staurday June 10. Should I puit 11:30 on the invite.? This seems a little too early.
