Local Engagement Announcements

Did anyone find a local newspaper or any type of publication to post an official engagement announcement. Was trying to find one out her in Suffolk County that I could try and submit an announcement to. I thought it would be nice to do this.

we had ours in our local town papers in nassau county.

the only local paper i know of in suffolk--is suffolk life. anyone know of any others? i feel like with newsday, there are soooo many people sending announcements in, it's like a contest to get in there!

i dont know about suffolk, but we did 1 for each of our local town papers- the wantagh seaford citizen for me and merrick life for fh.

Suffolk Life is prob the best one. Maybe also Pennysaver or Yankee Trader.

it's not hard to get into newsday at all. all yu have to do is submit by a certain date plus the $55 and you get in on the deadline you make.
