Been Sick all Week, Finally Went to the Dr.'s &

Because my asthma has been so bad they put me on Prednizone... Just when I was doing so good on my diet.

For those who dont know, prednizone is a steroid that they give to Lupus patients, you get bloated and it makes you hungry all day. Thank god its only for a month.. but that means I am going to have to work extra hard to lose the weight...

Just wanted to share, good news is I am feeling better already after a week of almost hacking up my lungs & not being able to breathe right!!

Poor you. Atl least you feel better. Get healthy first, then worry about the weight loss. I'm also on medication that makes it hard for me to lose. It's a struggle.

Awww, poor thing. Like you said, it's only for a month! Drink lots of water, maybe that will help keep you full.

Feel better! I know how you feel, I was on prednizone when I was 15. They kept me on for over a year & I gained about 50lbs. I was so happy when I went off, cause I dropped all the weight immediately. I hope that happens for you!

Feel better!

Stock your house with some healthy treats so you can snack on those all day instead of junk food. Of course, when you get cravings, it's always for the junk food. I have to de-junk my house.
