Finally went to the gym!

Hi - I had to share - I finally went to the gym this morning! Yay! I have been wanting to go for awhile, and I made myself get up early and go before work! Now I just have to keep it up!

It felt great! I am so energized now! There is a yoga class tomorrow night that I will try to make, and then I'll try to go again early on Thursday, and Friday. Wow - that's alot of gym! :)

Congratulations. That is fantastic. It's hard to wake up and go in the morning. But it's such a great feeling to know that you are done for the day!!

That's great!!! I give you credit for getting up early to go, I could never in a million years do that!!! I always go after work!!

I'm going back today!! Doesn't it feel good to finally go?

A morning gym girl - good for you! I go to Curves and haven't gone since Friday - I feel like such a slacker - but I AM going after work! No excuses!

I agree. I couldn't get up that early either. I'm working out at home. Spending at least 40 minutes on my treadmill.
