Migrating from Canada to the USA so much work

I f you thought wedding planning was hard imagine planning it around immigration papers!!!

I am Canadian born and my fiance is american born and we are getting married in teh usa and I will live there.

There is sooo much paperwork and things to do. I have been away from him since november.. and it *****.

The buying of my dress was easy.. drove to ny to get that from canada, 3 weeks after he proposed!

The wedding planning was easy.. 3 days after he proposed picked the colors and the theme guest list .. everything.

Coordinated my own wedding. Designed my cake everything.. from scratch on my own.

But what is hard is waiting .. and waiting.. and waiting..

Youd think cause i am canadian that i wouldnt need a visa to get married.. but i do. So they can change my status to a resident in the usa.

Noone told me about this.. i had to research this all by myself. Noone iknew how to help me. Nothing.

I have 4 registries.. 2 in canada and 2 in the usa.
2 bridal showers..

i had an engagement party here in canada. Quit my career job as a financial officer so that i can be with him for a lil bit in the usa.. and then to accomodte our guests and family who wanted to particiapte in our wedding
we changed the date.

Setup activities and accmodations and so much more.. but of course i did this all.. all on my own..

*DEEP SIGH*

Now i cant sleep at night and im stressing out i think.. not cause of the wedding but cause of all this paperwork..

I think planning and coordinating a wedding is easy. Its planning and coordinating a wedding inter country and etc.. that is driving me nutz!!!!
