Re: March weddings
My wedding is March 25, not my 1st choice of month, the only reason why I picked it was b/c it was one of the cheapest months to book (Jan. Feb. Mar.) I didn't want jan or feb cause there is more of a chance of snow storms during those months. March is usually a crazy weather month too, but out of those 3 it could go either way, a freak snow storm or a freak 60 degree day. So I figure I'd take my chances and hope for the best! :)XOXOXOXO

Re: March weddings
Woohoo March weddings! We chose March 30, because its the week before Easter, and FH is a teacher, so he should hopefully have either the first or second week of our honeymoon off already; otherwise we'd have to wait til June, and I couldn't wait that long. Plus it was nice that its a cheaper time...

Re: March weddings
We did have Jan then we changed it and picked March 18 because of the price and the weather. The price was great a little more money the Jan or Feb but we just got scared that there would be a huge snow storm and no one would show. If it does snow in March it melts pretty fast. But I am hoping for a spring like day.

Re: March weddings
My opinion is definitely Spring...if Easter fell in March last year then it can definitely be considered Spring

Re: March weddings
When I started looking I was open to any time of year other the summer. FH and I dont do well when its hot out. When I went to Fox Hollow the BM said the best rate you can get (and be as far away from snow) is a Friday night in March. So I picked the last poss. Friday in March. March 30th!!

Congrats March girls.....When we first got engaged 3/30 was our original date... b/c of price and b/c it's right around our engagement anniversary date 3/27.

Re: March weddings
Ditto... March 31.. not my first choice either but it is cheaper... even though it's a week into spring I am using darker colors for the BM dresses... thinking red or burgundy. I think its more like a winter wedding...
