Anyone watch Oprah yesterday??

Did anyone watch Oprah yesterday? The bride whose husband disappeared on their honeymoon cruise was on yesterday. It was really interesting- but something seemed not right with the whole story. I definately felt like we werent being told the whole story.

I didn't see Oprah, but I remember that story. I feel so bad for the families, and it creeped me out. It surprises me that there aren't security cameras on cruise ships.

Yes I saw it and definitely think there is so much more to the story. How do you wake up not knowing where your DH is and go to the spa?

I totally agree. If Eric wasnt there when I woke up, and he wasnt there when I went to sleep, I'd be freaking out.

I'm sure they will. Oprah repeats are on all the time!

I always watch on TV55 at 7:00 pm and got sidetracked last night and missed it. I wish I would have seen it. The whole story seems very shady indeed.

Yeah, there are some things that are very shady about it. The bride was found passed out in a hallway, not in her room- and security found her and brought her to her room, which was empty......but about a half hour prior to when they brought her to her room, the room next door called security cuz they heard very loud noises, and a loud thud. But when security brought her to her room, no one was there. Then she woke up in the morning with no recollection of what happened....her husband wasnt there, and she went to the SPA! She said she just assumed that he slept in someone elses room! ***?!?!?!?!

And you have to give the RC president a lot of credit for going on the show to state his side which I think he was telling 100% truth.

You think. I dont know. I am usually one to automatically accuse the spouse, but something about this situation seems strange. I saw Oprah last night and my jaw was wide open the entire episode. I just couldnt believe some of the details that I heard. She might of been drinking, but her state sounds more like she was drugged. Oprah even had other passengers on her show that they had become friendly with and that couple says they saw both of them around 2:30am in the casino and neither one was even close to being on there way to drunk. They must of consumed a ton of alcohol within the next two hours to pass out in the hallway. They were definately drugged.

Maybe it was GHB? But why would they be targeted? Also multiple passengers said they were arguing and she was flirting with other men. This is such a strange story.

I believe she had a lover who was on board and killed her husband or a hit man.

I LOVE that I have DirectTV. If it weren't for that, I couldn't see the repeat of Oprah at 7:00 (since I live in Jersey, we don't get TV55). But then again, I suppose I could just Tivo it at 4:00

I didn't see Oprah, but there as a Dateline special on this case a few months ago. In that story they said the wife left at the end of the night with the manager of the Casino and the husband remained drinking with some younger guys they had befriended on the trip. They were supposed to have brought the party back to the couple's room but the wife never showed till later the next day after her 'spa treatment'

She is only now coming out to give her side of the story, so it must have taken her some time to get everything straight.

I'm just surprised she hasn't been arrested yet than again maybe it's only a matter of time. The truth always comes out so whoever did it can't hide forever.
