Limos - What companies are good? ...bad?

Any input/stories? Who should we look at and who should we stay away from?

I've heard great things about Sir Oliver and All Star(who we picked) and I've heard some negative remarks about M & V.....

Re: Limos - What companies are good? ...bad?

i'm using royalty, they are very nice so far. i had the same ? you did and most people answered royalty so i went with them. of course something could always go wrong but the chances are less with a company that has fewer bad complaints.

Met with All Star and Sir Oliver. . .both were great, but just felt more comfortable with Sir Oliver.

Everyone on this site also raves about Royalty.

Re: Limos - What companies are good? ...bad?

Everyone seems to rave about Royalty. I guess I'm the only one with the bad experience. My FH called them today and told the guy that he came highly recommended. He basically didn't respond to anything... sounded distracted the whole time and kept saying that he'll give us the 10 person limo AFTER FH told him 3 times that we wanted a 14 person limo since we have 12 people in our party. UGH! He kept saying... oh yeah... um... (and then after 2 sentences...) so, i can get you a 10 person car... etc. He also did not give us a great quote. Overall, he was rude. My FH was so disappointed because vendors recommended by these chats are usually awesome.

I used coachman and loved them!!!
They arrived early and hung out with us before
we left for the church.

They are located in the basement of the historical chapel in woodbury.

We booked Royalty, they were great. We also met with Sir Oliver, another great company, but Royalty beat their prices by A LOT!

Good Luck

Good Ones: Royalty, Sir Oliver, Ultimate Class, Double Diamond, White Star, All Star and Alexis. The only one I consistantly heard negatives about was M&V.

Re: Limos - What companies are good? ...bad?

We used Serenity Limousine and they were excellent and were completely willing to work with us and showed up on time to everything. We also go married out east as you are and they gave my guests a deal to get to and from LGA or JFK for $20 a person because there were about 10 people coming in at the same time. They coordinated the whole thing. They also gave us a town car to JFK from the best western in riverhead to catch our flight for our honeymoon because we used them for our wedding
