Re: Green Tea
I think plain hot green tea from the bags is supposed to have excellent anti-oxidant properties. I think Oprah swears by green tea.

Re: Green Tea
I really don't think it makes you lose weight. I drank it before i didn't lose anything, but maybe i didn't drink it for that long to lose weight.

Re: Green Tea
Green Tea helps in upping your metabolism. I take vitamins with green tea in them. Not sure if they'e making me less hungry or the fact that I'm trying to lose my last 10lbs....but, I am not craving things as much as I used to.

Re: Green Tea
Green tea is supposed to help with your metabolism, but it won't make you lose weight on your own. If you're a heavy coffee or tea drinker, switching to green tea will definitely make a difference. I just like the way it tastes. Try Lipton's Green tea with Orange, Passionfruit and Jasmine. It is sooooo good!

Re: Green Tea
I've heard it's good to drink Green tea as well. In fact I'm trying to do this pseudo diet I learned about at Curves and they say only to drink water & green tea. I haven't drank any green tea yet...but I've heard it's supposed to help with weight loss.
