I really am having a hard time getting information about makeup artist that deal with African American skin tones. I got one response back from the Vendor Chat.

Try going to any MAC counter, I have gotten my face done there a few times and I was pleased. They also do freelance work so they will come out of your house the day of.

You can check Oksana as well, she is a vendor on here

Most vendors on here will do every nationality just give them a call and let them know what your needs are. First look at their website and book a trial if you like what you see.
