MOB & FMIL dress colors?

hey ladies i was wondering what your mothers and FMIL are planning on wearing? see i really dont care what colors they wear, my BP is going to be in blue and i believe grooms mother traditionally wears blue, and i think she would want to wear blue and i dont really see a problem in it...are they not supposed to wear the color of the BP? im clueless

Hey date twin!
My mother will be wearing dark navy (or black since its her fav)..
my FMIL is a little high strung when it comes to this and since the day we got engaged has been asking me what color she should wear.. ive told her i really dont care just not purple (since thats what my BM's are wearing).. she still keeps asking!

i dont think the MOB and BP should be wearing the same colors - but who says that you have to follow that?? if you dont mind - then go for it!

i would personally mind - but thats just me!

This has actually been some concern for my mom and FH's mom. They wedding is still so far away I dont see why this matters right now.

i think if it makes them happy let them where what they want then again my dress is ice blue brides maids will wear navy and my grandma tells me she wants to wear seafoam green in the middle of october hehe but how could i say no she had already found the perfect shoes to go with it

Neither has even started looking for what they are going to wear yet-so...I dont know. I dont really see a problem if they wear the same color as the BP...what if they wear a different shade of blue instead of the same color.

I dont see a problem wearing the same as BM's but thats just my opinion.... My mother always liked how champagne looks on her so I think shell be probably going with that tone, as of MIL I think she said she wanted to wear like a baby blue- whatever they want is fine with me though
