Chateau La Mer Brides-Question

Question for you ladies...a gilfriend of mine was supposed to go to a bridal show with me at my hall yesterday and a few days before canceled telling me she had her tasting at Chateau La Mer. I could've sworn they only do tastings there on the weekdays so I took it upon myself to call and ask. I just had a feeling she was lying and couldn't figure out why she would. Well, when I called they told me they only do them on Wednesday nights.
Today she emailed and I asked her how the tasting was yesterday and she told me it was so good and really yummy! UGH!!
They really only do tastings there on the weekdays right???
Anyway..I emailed her that I know she lied to me and I don't understand why and she's yet to respond.

I feel so lied to!

Well....we can benefit of the doubt it...unless they had a special expo or affair, maybe she did.

But when I went on my food tasting there, it was on a Wednesday.

If she lied to you its stinky, but then I wonder why she lied?

At least you confronted her and she has no other choice but to fess up or explain.

As far as I know they're only on Wednesdays

In her defense I do know many halls will do tastings, obviously smaller in size, on alternate days if weekdays are not convenient. I am not positiveabout CLM but this could be a possibility.

I knew she was lying because a month ago I SWEAR she told me the tasting was on January 18th...a week or so later I asked if she wanted to go to my bridal show with me thinking it would be fun cause she'e engaged too. SHe said she would love to go. Then on Saturday she canceled for Sunday saying she had her tasting! ***?!?!?!
So I called and they told me they only do them on Wednesdays!!!
SHe's been my very good friend for 21 years!!!
I don't know what her problem is!
