Re: Bride's of the North Ritz Club

Have either of you gone for a tasting yet? I went in November because our parents were anxious since they had never been to a wedding there. Well, the food was AMAZING!!! The only disappointment was they didn't serve any dessert at the tasting.

Re: Bride's of the North Ritz Club

I went in November also! Were you there the 30th? That would be funny if you were and we didn't even know it! The food was amazing!!! I was upset there was no dessert also. I really want to taste their cake so that I know if I want to keep theirs or order from somewhere else.

Re: Bride's of the North Ritz Club

Yep...we were there on the 30th too!!! How funny is that!!! The food was amazing. I loved the Chateau Briand and the pasta w/ the pesto sauce (and I usually hate pesto!!!). We are planning to get our cake from an outside bakery. I knew I wanted a fondant cake and they told me they don't do fondant. So we're probably going to get it from Audrey's.

Re: Bride's of the North Ritz Club

Everything was amazing. I don't even think I can pick a favorite! Although I don't normally like pesto either and it was very good!! NRC need not worry about the food! I know people always say you don't eat a thing on your wedding day but I just can't seem to think I won't have any of that yummy food! I will definitely try to make a point to eat.

We really wanted the fondont cake also. Not sure yet what we are going to do though. But we have time to decide on that.

I never heard of that. It sounds like it would be really pretty.

Re: Bride's of the North Ritz Club

Not sure when the next tasting is. I've seen pics of the tulle done in the room and it looks very pretty. Not sure that I am going to do it though. How much is it?

Re: Bride's of the North Ritz Club

The tulle is really pretty. Our sales rep told us that a local florist does it. I can't remember if he told us how much it costs.
