where is everyone's absolute favorite place to...

eat..my dh said he would like to take his wife out to eat tomorrow and i get to pick anywhere i want..he said even the city if i want...how exciting..but where should i go? any suggestions? this doesnt happen often so i want to make it a good one..

For Mexican in the city - Rosa Mexicana or by my in Forest Hills - 5 Burros.

THE RAINBOW ROOM without a doubt......it is SO romantic go during the sunset and all you see is the sky line of Manhattan…..it is a little pricey but so worth it...you need reservations…he said anywhere right ....have fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where did you end up going?!

we didnt make it out..dh aunt was in from florida for his mom's surprise 50th..we did so much running around yesterday that when we camehome we wanted to spend time with his aunt..we always have next weekend..but now i have some good choices..thanks girls...SOMETHING ALWAYS COMES UP!!

Garden City Hotel.... we love eating in the wine room

DH and I went to Teller’s on Saturday night and it was phenomenal!

Other than Teller’s I would have to say Café Joelle and a few spots in Pt Jeff.

i love, love, LOVE japanese food so it's
Blue Ribbon (avail in city and park slope),
Sushi Yasuda (midtown east),
megu which is japanese/french (thompson st in downtown manhattan)
there's gotta be more.. i can't think of any at the moment. but with the 3 that i can think of is a MUST for any person who's a fan of super fresh sushi!
