Anyone have a good exercise for that area under your arm??

Just use free weights a do curls and tricep kickbacks do a few sets a day. Push ups also.

billy banks Tae Bo videos are awesome for that! a lot of arm movement!

I use the resistance bands. I see the results after 3 weeks

cardio, low fat diet, and tricep dips with bicep curls to work opposing muscle group

I use the resistance bands. I see the results after 3 weeks



i agree. i used the resistance band and it's awesome. after 4 weeks my arms are getting toned again and i only use them for like 5 minutes every morning. very easy!

Could you just tell me, is it more weight and less reps or less weight and higher reps? I can't remember and I'm hearing different things.

A lot depends on YOU and how your body responds to training, but generally for toning you would want to do more reps with less weight, but you still want to be able to feel it and be struggling a little as you do the last few.
