Rehearsal Dinner on a Friday Night

Is anyone else having their rehearsal dinner on a Friday night? We're getting married on Saturday and want to have it for Friday so the OOT guests can make it but I'm afraid we won't find a restaurant that'll give us a separate room on a Friday night. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am having mine on a friday and I have not had any problems finding places...only one place told me they could not do it...Lotus East great food there, BUT the people were NOT the nicest anyway...

We are having it (most likely) at San Marco in Hauppauge

BUT other places that were accomdating were Garden Grill, Bella Vita, Polinis, Il Mirador...hmmmm I saw others, I just cant remember

I am having mine on a Friday night
the wedding is on a saturday
that is the only option the church gave us

What about in Nassau? Does anyone know a restaurant in Nassau that'll give us our own room on a Friday night?

My RH dinner is also on Ftiday. We are having it at Jonathan's in Garden City park.

Ours is on a Friday, and we're getting married on a Sunday. It's a little too early for us to book our RD now, but where we live(Long Beach Oceanside,Island Park)area we have no problems with getting our own room on a Friday.

Sorry to be a pain.... does anyone know of a restaurant on the South Shore in Nassau that might be available for a Friday night RD?

The church is in Bellmore and we want it to be some what close by.

We had trouble finding a place that was reasonable and would take a reservation for Friday evening. We ended up taking a Thursday instead. We might have drinks with OOT guests at the hotel bar the night before the wedding.
