I just brush my teeth and tongue after I eat. If you need an extra level, you could rinse with mouthwash.

If you can't do mints I'd go with brushing.. If you don't have a lot of time go with the mouth wash.

well flossing really helps with bad breath but a tongue scraper is an alternative
