FL for us- outside of Maimi- Coral Gables area

or if the win the lotto- star island Maimi- where J Lo and everyone have houses!

we're still considering it.

DH has family & friends in TX (Dallas area). it would be nice to move to an area with a support system. I would not want to move somewhere that I didn't know anyone.

PA comes to my mind....or else I'd move back upstate in the house I grew up in and my parents built....but everytime I head up for a visit...ugh...I can't wait to get back down here. It's strange up there.

Arizona, North Carolina-haven't thought about too many other places.

Parents are in AZ and they want to come back!

I have family down there...not much, but they're there. Their house is AMAZING too! Also...I just can't get the house out of my mind that Pookiesangel bought...beautiful! Plus it's still close enough to my family on LI, and upstate.

This is the only place I would consider moving if I had to move away from the NYC area!

We live in NJ and unfortunately, the prices are just as ridiculous as LI. HOWEVER, I get jealous when I see the taxes on LI because we're paying almost 2x more than what I've seen on the Island.

We just talk! But it's either there or NY so I like to dream that we'll make it out there within the next 5 years.

I used to think Florida, but now I am thinking about PA. When i see what your money can buy in the Poconos area, brand new big houses! It definitely tempts me!

We plan on moving to New Hampshire. Great house prices and schools! Plus, I can't get enough snow!
