swr..any brides with endocrine issues??

just curious if i am alone in this... i have some endocrine issues....ie hypothyroid etc etc etc.... and well... not only does it affect the way i look.. but how i feel and manage stress. are any of you brides with these issues feeling more physically challenged with the stress of a wedding..even if its good stress??

You're not alone doll. There are plenty of ladies on here w/endocrine issues. I personally have an underactive thyroid.

As far as managing stress related to planning and everything else in life, I've gone with the approach with one thing at a time, and as early as possible. I booked all my vendors early, and did a majority of my researching online and through referrals.

As it gets closer - there have been bumps in the road - but nothing 'wedding related' - more over of family issues, work issues, and other things. It's important to remember what the wedding is really about and try to keep focused on that - the other things will fall into place.

That being said - you have to force yourself to relax, otherwise, you put your health into jeopardy - and that's the last thing anyone wants - a sick bride (physically and emotionally.)

Keep your chin up, and make sure you take care of yourself - first and foremost.
