I did this over the weekend in word!

I found this way the easiest: Pick Mail merge and then select envelope as the option. Make sure you complete the mail merge before you make any necessary changes to the envelopes (like if you are addressing to people with different last names). I originally selected envelope as the option and then couldn't get everything to print onto the envelope in the size I wanted.

They came out pretty nice, only 3 envelopes printed funny and had to be redone (out of 100).

We bought clear labels and printed all the addresses on labels and then put them on the STD envelopes. W e did that with our return address envelopes too

I did mine through easy mail. You can google it and it will give you the site. It's free. Very simple once I got the hang of putting the envelopes in, how many at once, yada, yada, yada.

I couldn't put our return address on the front b/c the ink would smudge and ruin the envelope, so I put it on the back in the center of the flap. It came out really nice. I was very happy with the way they came out!

We used excel and did a big Mail Merge. Worked great.
