Best places in LI for undergarments?
I was thinking of getting a long-line bra to *cough* suck me in a bit *cough*  , and I was wondering if anyone had any great experiences anywhere? I'm wearing a strapless dress, does anyone think a long-line bra is a bad idea? I thought it would help a little with posture too, but any recommendations would be great!

ETA: I heard great things about Bratenders, but I believe they are only in the City, right?

A lot of people recomend Marys Corsettiere shop in Plainview on Manetto Hill road others recomend Georgettes on Hicksville road across from the old Grumman. I've been to both, both are great!

A lot of people recomend Marys Corsettiere shop in Plainview on Manetto Hill road others recomend Georgettes on Hicksville road across from the old Grumman. I've been to both, both are great!

I go to Great Shapes in Roslyn (on Willis Avenue). I've been going there for years and will probably get my wedding undergarments there too!

Great Shapes has some great stuff. They've got a store in Roslyn and one in the Woodbury-Plainview area (on Jericho Tpke.)

I got a great long line bra/bustier type thingy at Blum's in Patchougue. They fitted me for it and everything (apparently I'm one of the million women wearing the wrong size bra!)
I forget who it's by, but it comes down to my hips and is low in the back, perfect for my dress. It's a strechy lace and definitely ***** me in.

I went to Georgette's (my seamstress recommended Mary's, but they were closed for vacation when I need to get my long-line). The service was good, but they ended up fitting me for a bra that did not work with my dress at all. I had brought a picture of my dress along with me just in case. 
I ended up getting the long-line bra I wore at the wedding from my seamstress.
