Repost from BHB: Which china pattern?

I just wanted to get my '07 girls opinion on this too...there was an overwhelming victory for one pattern in the BHB board and I just want to see if u girls are gonna vote the same . I'm leaning more towards one (but I'm not giving any clues til later )

Re: Repost from BHB: Which china pattern?

I wouldn't say that I hate them both, but neither of them are really my style. If I had to pick I'd say number one.

Let me just back up my vote....I think China should be a little different, a little something special. I mean when it comes the time to pass down your china...and you give someone just white with a platinum rim...um...thanks for buffet ware grandma

If you pick a China thats a little different...a little ornate..or with some color..you make it uniquely yours...and generations to come will remember it.

I am still registering for china...but I have my Grandmas china......its a little gaudy...old italian stuff....but every rose on it..every bit of it...reminds me of when i was a kid and would stare at it..would look at the roses...and it brings me back to thanksgivings, christmas....its nice to be a little different...JMO
