after MONTHS of trying...finally SUCCESS! UPDATED with sketch of dress pic!
and no, I am not prego (LOL-I'll save that for the newlywed board!  )
I FINALLY found the perfect material for my bm dresses. it is almost the EXACT color I was looking for and is just the less expensive version of the material (silk charmeuse) in the photo below (the color is JUST what I wanted)
in just a few weeks, the BM dresses should be complete!!! 
the dresses are the color of the sash in this pic.
Here is a rough sketch of the dress. it will be strapless, and the jacket will be a bolero type, but only closing at the neck...the bottom of the jacket will hit just at the top of the dress.
I wanted to get the feeling of an Elizabethan outfit (the women had these huge dresses with high necks, but a big space in the bodice cut out for their boobs! LOL) without being too costume-y. My friend hit it right on the head!

LOL- I like to live dangerously.
the dresses should take about a month to complete.
I have a sketch of the design at home. I can scan it and post it for any interested parties.

Sylvia, I am now just doing all the girls in the blue (the lavendar was OUT a LONG time ago) with blue, pink, and cream colored flowers....
and I would NEVER think you were implying anything LOL
