Makeup Needed!

I need makeup preferably at my location for August 18, 2006. It would be for myself, my mom, possibly 1 grandma, and about 2 bridesmaids. If you have a minimum, please let me know what that is. Also, please let me know your rate for trial, day of for myself, and day of for others.
