NWR: I lost my job!

Hi everyone.. I lost my job yesterday and with only 7 months till our wedding, I'm really nervous. This job was perfect and everything was finally starting to come together.

I'm so depressed now. I can't believe I'm looking for a job again when I just started this one in January.

I'm so sorry this has happened. What's your field? Maybe someone on this site can get a lead for you. I know things seem bad now but you'll get another job and things will turn around.

Thanks everyone! I am still shocked that I could lose a job I loved so fast. I have a clear conscience knowing I didn't do anything wrong to lose the job. They just said I wasn't a 'fit.'...whatever that means. I was really excited about it but I guess it wasn't meant to be. Please keep me in your thoughts as I start this search and plan a wedding at the same time.

I would also like to say a special thanks to the kind man in Starbucks who bought me a hot chocolate yesterday when I was crying over my lost job.

I have a BBA in Marketing.

No fault of my own. They just said I wasn't a good 'fit'. I don't even know if I'm eligible for unemployment. I hope I can find another job quickly. Please pray for me.

I'm sure that you would be eligible for unemployment, especially since you did nothing wrong to get you fired.
