I go to LA Fitness and I know they have some really great Yoga & Pilates instructors there.

my FH used to go to LA fitness until someone broke into his car in the parking lot and stole his radio at 5pm in the afternoon!!! so I can't go there bc he is protesting them!!

Namaste yoga studio just opened up in Plainview - they are offering a free class next week only for grand opening - FH will be teaching some classes there - if you are interested, FM me - and I can get you a free pass!

Its Iyangar yoga - I'm not a fan - I still have a punch card there - too slow for me! I only like Ashtanga and 'quicker' yogas - when I have money, i go to Yoga Oasis in Woodbusy - LOVE that place! I think they also just opened up in Dix Hills
