Bridal Party Change

This starts out bad and ends good.

My MOH tells me last week that she cannot be do this...financially. She's had something personal happen that is causing this, its not from poor planning. She was sobbing on the phone and thought i would be mad and hate her. She lives in Miami and cannot fly up here the number of times that is required for planning.

I asked if she would still come to my wedding...she said she wouldnt miss it for anything. I told her ...well since you have paid for your dress why dont you remain in the BP and instead of being MOH, switch places with my sister. Now my sister is MOH and my best friend is BM. Luckily they fit in each other's dresses easily. At first there was a lot of crying and drama...but you gotta be glad when things go somewhat smoothly.

My sister is so happy to be MOH....and now she's a bit overwhelmed at the realization of the responsiblities that she has.

your sister will do great- my little sister felt that way at first- but she was awesome!

and I am sure she can always call you BF for help!

I'm just so grateful that my sister didn't feel slighted that i didnt ask her first. she said that she understood..and is just glad to be there for me now. she actually had me crying.....i love my sister.
