Honeymoon Ideas?

We are just starting to look into where to go.. Contemplating Aruba... anyone have good reviews on where to stay there?

I really want to go to Hawaii but my FH thinks it's a waste with losing 2 days travel time and all. We could stop in LA and then continue going to Hawaii but I'm not sure I want to do that either.

How about Barbedos or .. St. Lucia? Please give me some ideas.. Thanks.

You can look into Cap Jaluca in Anguilla. My sister went there for her HM and she loved it. She cried when she ahd to return. I saw the video and the hotel and beaches were beautiful.

I know some of the stars retreat there.

Aruba is really nice, if you go there, I suggest Sandals. We booked the Sandals Grande in St Lucia. If you're not familiar w/ Sandals, it's an all-inclusive couples only resort. I'm a HUGE fan! My travel agent is awsome, and she got us an amazing rate for 8 nights. FM me if you want her info. We also set up a honeymoon registry, and my guests won't be charged a %!!!

I want to look into Anguilla too.. but leaning more towards an all-inclusive..

If you want all-inclusive, I would suggest a sandels resort! We're booking our HM at the Sandels in the Bahamas and there is duty-free shopping near-by, the casinos, a private island for Sandels resort people only, plus there are aquarium's, and lots of other activities you can do. Plus, it's only a 3-4 hour flight from NYC.

aruba is AMAZING!!! its very common for honeymooners!!! if you do go there i wouldnt recommend all inclusive though bc all the restaurants are delicious.....the hyatt is really nice....really nice pool and grounds.....and on that same strip is the wyndahm ...hilton i believe and radisson...all really nice....good luck!

How much do you want to spend on the honeymoon? That makes a huge difference too.

Lots of AI's in Jamaica if you want to go that route...couples, sandals, royal plantation...

St.Lucia - there is the Grand St.Lucian and Recency - both Sandals. The Grand is newer, but i think the regency is doing renovations

Hawaii -- i'm going there. you won't lose two days, but it is of course a lot of traveling. I'm leaving NY at 8am and arriving at 5pm (with the time change.) Going home for all flights (I believe) you come home the day after you leave.

Europe - Paris? Itaily?
Belize

Barbados is the most BEAUTIFUL place I have ever been to, and I have been to tons of the islands! The beaches are simply AMAZING......crystal clear blue water and powder sand!! Definitely look in to it!

We're honeymooning at Sandals Regency St. Lucia. I love the fact that there are 3 resorts on the island and we can stay at one and play at 3

I stand at the Marriott. My cousin went to St. Lucia it beautiful. Spitsbride look her picture I think she has it posted.
