Past fox hollow brides or guests

Anyone that had been to a wedding reception in the Briar Fox Room at Fox Hollow......what was the amount of guests in that room?

I need to know what is the maximum amount of guests fit comfortably in oval tables. Fox Hollow tells me 15

I've never seen it set up, but it was originally the room i booked for my wedding (before the list grew too much!)

It holds 170-180...but 180 will be a squeeze.

I attended a wedding reception in the Briar Fox room and they had 120 guests (12 tables). There was room for at least 2 more tables (on either side of the dance floor).

Thanks for the info.

According to them....they have different size tables and they can fit comfortable 15 = 180 guests....and not so comfortable but doable 16 = 192 in their longest oval table.

I guess my question would be for those that used their longest table....how many would be comfortable?

Was that oval tables? How many were at your table? According to them they can only fit 12 tables, 6 on each side, the way the accomadate the amount is by using different size oval tables.....when I went to see it they had a long oval table and a short one next to - alternating.

I went to a reception at the briar fox. More than 150 I think and it will be tight. But it depends on how large the oval tables are. I think if they are large oval tables you don't want more than 12 people at a table.

Hmmm. I am trying to recall the people at my table (sad since most of us went to school together). I am pretty sure there were 10 of us (including the dates). We were at oval tables. It was not crowded at all so I am guessing we had the oval tables that fit 12 - 14 people and they put 10 guests at the tables

any other opinions, I'm a getting a little worried......I was basing my guest list on their info of 15 guests per table but now I think that's too tight

That's where my reception is and my list has grown a lot. We are hoping for a ton of no's!!!

same here..............I already have 95 yeses....and the some of the no's I expected are saying yes

I sent them out early thinking that I would get fast responses (I was wrong), the RSVP date is March 19....my plan was to send out b list as the no's come in.....not happening since I would need to get the no's now to send the b-list out and now with the fear of having too many people I don't think I'm going to send out the b-list
