Anyone want to buy a house in Levittown???

I know someone who is selling his house. He wants to list it for $415k but I know he'll take $395k! I told him to wait before he lists with a realtor and has to pay out a commission. It's a dormered levitt cape with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a side extension, new kitchen, new roof, sitting on 7800 sq ft of property. If anyone's interested FM me. I figured I'd let all the LIW girls have a first shot at it! Let me know...
