Is it bad? UPDATED-THE OFFICIAL PRAYING FOR NO'S THREAD!

When we get an unexpected 'no' RSVP I secretly say 'YES!' I feel bad that some people will be missing our big day, but a smaller head count would be so much better and cheaper!

eta: This thread name has been changed. Don't feel bad, ALOT of us are praying for no's!

Yes/No - depends who the 'no' is from..

Some people - I could care less if they attend my wedding or not (i would invite them for my parents sake), so if i get a NO from them, i'd be happy!

If it's someone close - i'd be very upset.

i think you should. i pray everyday for no's....

actually, i try to sneak and look through the evelope and when i see a yes, i get a little sad... until i see who it is from and then i'm happy.

but yeah... i'm praying right with you!

I used to rush home just to rip open the replies and see who would say no! John thought it was so funny. I was working nights at that point and would obsess all night at my p/t job until I got home to see who would say no.
