Thought I would share my new obsession …

FH bought me a Vera Bradley tote for V-Day and I adore it. I can’t wait to add to the collection. If you are looking for some unique gifts for your bridal party I think these could be great. They have many different colors and patterns to choose from! Not to mention a million different styles – bags, totes, makeup cases, wallets, etc!

Hallmark has tons!

No! I love vera bradley bags. I have always wanted a pink one, but whenever I stop by crabtree and evelyn, they never have the style of bag and color pattern I want.

Oh my BM's are totally getting monogrammed VB large totes!!!! I was waiting for February for the new fabrics to come out..... and Java Blue is aqua and brown!!!!!! My perfect wedding colors!!! I am in absolute heaven and now I am just waiting for the funds to be there! Plus if I order them too soon, there is no way I could wait until the rehearsal dinner to give them out!!!!

And you know I will get one for myself!!!!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Vera bags!!!!!!! Some people like to buy all the same pattern but I like a variety.

I didn't get them for my BP because none of them seems to understand my obsession. I have one friend who got me into Vera bags but she was not in my BP.

I can talk about Vera bags for hours!!!

I really wanted to put Vera placemats and napkins on my registtry but the big stores don't carry Vera. So my sister practically forced my aunt to buy them for me for my shower. I was so surprised. She got me Nantucket Navy placemats and napkins.

I love these bags. I want to get one for a summer bag!
They have a huge selection at the invitation place I am using. It is called the Writing Place and it is in Stony Brook Village.

I am not sure all the people in my BP would like these.

Yeah, that's my problem with getting Vera Bradley for my BP gifts. The girls all have very different styles, and I'm not sure the ones who are into the Juicy Couture style would like these. They are totally my style, though

Those aren't real Veras they sell at Crabtree and Evelyn - they're knock offs. You can get the real Veras at some Hallmark stores or Lord and Taylor. Some other specialty shops sell them - I know of one in RVC and a ton in NYC.

The 2 newest colors...Java Blue and Petal Pink are my absolute favorites. I've been using these bags for years. They wash great too in the washing machine. COme out looking as good as new. My fave print that I have a ton of bags in is red bandana...it's a retired pattern though. That's the only thing I hate about Vera Bradley - they retire patterns way too quickly.
Also - check out Ebay. You can find a lot of brand new bags with tags on there....and in retired patterns too. I get some of the red bandana bags on there.

The toggle tote is great for a beach bag! Big and roomy and you can just throw things in there.

My good friend is the most obsessed person with Vera Bradley - she has the most I've ever seen. She recently god a dog and named her....Vera Bradley! It's hysterical - kind of like how Jennifer Garner's dog's name is Martha Stewart b/c of her obsession with her.

I have a TON of Vera Bradley bags...my room literally looks like it threw up Vera all over the place. They're cute and very durable. Love them!

Last I saw there - they only sold bags that are quilted and have cute patterns that LOOK like Vera Bradleys. Just check the tag - there are a ton of bags out there - I hate to call them knockoffs but basically they look like a Vera Bradley bag but are just some other brand. I know allt he Vera patterns b/c I am a crazy fan - so I just know. But I have never once seen a Vera in Crabtree and Eveyln....just bags that look like Veras!

haha thats too funny ... i asked FH the other day if he liked the name VERA for a girl. He did NOT lol Vera is also the name of a character in one of my favorite books, My Sweet Audrina.

Crabtree & Evelyn is an authroized retailer of Vera Bradley bags. I've seen the real Vera bags in several Crabtree & Evelyn stores. If you go onto the VB website, you can find all of the authorized retailers in your area.
I ordered Vera Bradley monogrammed duffle bags as part of my BMs' presents from www.littlehousefashions.com (an authorized VB retailer). They were great to work with, and I've ordered from them several times. They do the monogramming on full priced items for free. Everything came out great.
