Silly Place Card Table Question

I plan on putting family wedding day pictures on my place card table. Do you think I should have them all in the same kind of frame, just different sizes maybe. Or should I put, for example, pictures of the grandparents in a more vintage looking picture frame. Some of these wedding pictures date back to the 30's and 40's.

Re: Silly Place Card Table Question

I think they should be tied in to each other somehow

I would not have them be too different

Re: Silly Place Card Table Question

Maybe if you get a set of silver frames for the newer pics, and for the older ones get vintage silver frames? I think all different sizes would look nice! Great idea!

Re: Silly Place Card Table Question

We did the same thing. Unfortunately I do not have a full table pic, but you'll get the idea from what I do have below.
Our theme was Autumn, so we bought pewter leaf frames. Two different styles. We had our e-pic in the middle with one type of frame, then our parents wedding picture in another type of frame, then our grandparents in the same frame as our e-pic.
The Grandparents pics looked amazing in these frames....because they were in B&W.
I have a full table shot at home...my DOC asst. took. I can find it this weekend if you're interested.

Kohl's has a GREAT selection of frames.
I also bought these...they're in the shape of a wedding cake. I put pics of our parents cutting the cake at their wedding in these frames and put them on the cake table.
