For those of you that don' t know, I'm a realtor and when I go on listing appointments and come across sellers who don't want to list but want to stay "for sale by owner", I try to post it on here to see if anyone's interested so that you keep the sale price down (seller doesn't have to pay a big commission).

So anyhoo, there is a 1 bedroom/1bath garden apartment for sale in Floral Park. Seller is asking $175k. Maintenance monthly is $600 and the board requires 20% down.
