NWR - 1 bedroom co-op for sale in Floral Park...

Hi ladies!

For those of you that don' t know, I'm a realtor and when I go on listing appointments and come across sellers who don't want to list but want to stay 'for sale by owner', I try to post it on here to see if anyone's interested so that you keep the sale price down (seller doesn't have to pay a big commission).

So anyhoo, there is a 1 bedroom/1bath garden apartment for sale in Floral Park. Seller is asking $175k. Maintenance monthly is $600 and the board requires 20% down. Anyone interested, FM and I'll make an appointment for you with the seller. It's a great apartment!!! Figured the future newlyweds would like this one!

However, I want to see if the seller will have a mini open house on sunday for the LIW girls that are interested. I'm trying to set it up for noon. If anyone is interested, FM me and I'll give you the exact address.
