NWR: 2BR Apt avail October 1st (2 apts available)

My landlord let us know there will be 2 apts available, both 2 BRs. It's in a private house near the Northern State in Commack/Smithtown. They are both 2BR, 1BTH, LR, Kitchen w/ dishwasher with a private entrance. Included in the rent is the following:
Gas & Electric
Use of Driveway
Use of Washer / Dryer
Use of Pool & Jacuzzi
Central Air Conditioning
Cable & High Speed Internet

Dogs are allowed, and they are both decent sized apartments. I'm not sure on the rent, but I believe the smaller of the 2 is about $1100-1200 and the other is $1500-1600. Any more info, you can FM me.

wow sounds awesome.. especially the dog part!!!

I just dont know what exactly we are doing as of yet regarding living situation

We would look into that, but we might be moving elsewhere. It seems so good. DAMN!!!
