My first DIY projects!! (in progress)

So I finally figured it's time to get off my butt and work on some DIY projects.

I'm beginning to wrap the favors in red wrapping paper and bows.

I glued my 'we do' and date letters on and tomorrow I will spray paint them red and spray glitter on after that.

Then we received the treasure chest boxes for the truffles, and they are too big. So FH suggested we fill them with something else other than just the truffles to fill them up. So today it hit me...SWEDISH FISH!! We both love swedish fish, and we talked about this on our first date. Picking up a bag used to be one of the 'little things' we would do for each other. So this is perfect.

Anyone know where I can get a smackload of swedish fish?

Anyway, here are the works in progress....they will be more complete tomorrow!!

I just Bought a box of the red mini Swedish Fish at Coatco last week. I think the box was 6.99 and you get at least 30 or so bags... I threw out the box, so I'm not sure...

I like your I DO letters! I'm going to need sweedish fish too, since we'll have a 'Sweedish Fish' table along with the other candy-themed tables.

Janna I love the We Do and the date. It looks great. I would suggest you try BJ's or costco, they usually have large amounts of candy available.
