Bridal Party Line-up Size order?

On these band papers I have to list the order the bp will be introduced. I wanted to know how you are lining up your bp.

Are you doing it in size order?
If so for the guys or for the girls (my bp are all couples married)

Considering we have less girls then guys, we are doubling up! What i did was alphabetical order & then we are alternationg family & then friends

I am not doing it in height order. Most of my girls are the same height except for one, who's 2 inches taller. The guys vary in height from 5'7' to 6'2'

If we put them in height order it'd 'screw-up' the MOH and BM order.

Also, if I did it in height order it'd mess up how I want to line them up.

I'm actually doing it in age order by the guys. FH picked his guys first so I had them 'lined up' in my head starting with the oldest. Then when I picked my girls I matched them up with the guys by height and 'relationship'.

That's interesting. Age might be the magic answer for me!

I'm planning my bridal party to line up in order of how long I've known them. I figured this would work out best, since I have 2 sisters in the BP, then a best friend I've known for almost 24 years, then another best friend I've known for 19 years. After that I havemy 20 year old cousin, FH's sister and a real good friend from college.

Good plan...Oh that is where I'll be

I did family first and then friends...kind of order of closeness if that makes sense. We paired the guys with the girls just who we thought went best since they all were friends of DH from college.

we are actually doing it based upon who we think would look GOOD together....hahaha....

so mostly, they match up size order, but put together a few that we thought would be a good match!

I actually have the guys lined up first, and did so by relationship, then from there I filled in the girls wtih who I thought would he best paired with who. The boys are relatively the same height and the girls will depend on heel height so I didn't want to go there.

We are lining them up in order of closeness to us. My side starts w/ my cousin, my BF, my SIL, then my 2 friends. FH's side starts with his 2 brothers, then my brother, then his 2 friends.

I don't know what I'm doing just yet, but probably size order, my friend did it that way, and it worked out well.

my bridal party was all married couples or dating couples. And my MOH and Best Man were cousins. So for me it was easy. And my pics look great.

I'm lining up the girls based on length of friendship. First BM entering & I have been friends 15 years, second BM entering - friends for 25 years, MOH last to enter - my younger sister - 35 years. I'll figure out which GM to pair the BM with at the rehearsal. Although, I kind of think I know since I finally met all of them.

Same as the order in which they walked down the aisle (according to height), with the exception of the MOH & BM who came in last, before us.
