For those who bought their dress at Bridal Reflections....
I have a question. I put down 50% of the cost on my credit card. Does anyone know how the final 50% has to be paid? Does it have to be cash (check?), or can I put the balance on my credit card again? Is their a payment schedule I can work with? Thanks.

I don't think I ever gave Bridal Reflections any cash - I think I did each payment on my credit card - there actually is some kind of schedule of payments..call and ask but I don't remember paying the final 50% all at once...

Paying by credit card is ALWAYS safer. Some stores have a policy that the dres must be paid for prior to any alterations being started, others do payment plans. Just give your sales rep a quick call and I am sure she can explain to you. But if you can use a card, you should.

Thanks...
I just wanted to know if I had to bring cash... I'd prefer to do by credit card. I am calling my consultant later today to make an appointment to go try it on again, so I'll ask her then.. Thanks again!!

You do need cash...
if you are picking up your dress today. Bridal Reflections will let you pay in installments (either credit card or check) while you are having your fitting done. If you opt to pay the remainding balance on the day you pick up your dress - YOU DO NEED CASH! I suppose this is so they don't get stuck with a bill if you give a bad credit card or check. Either way - I would suggest paying with a credit card before picking up. Not only is it safer but you can earn some serious miles :)

Sonicstef - Thanks for the clarification. I still haven't called, but what you said sounds right. I am not picking up the dress, I will be leaving it there and eventually going in for fittings for my May wedding. I was hoping to pay it off on my credit card as I go through fittings.

sonicstef is right!
That's what I did! When I picked up my dress I was already all paid up on my credit card - definitely the safer way to go...

If you pay in full before you pick the dress up after alterations you can put it all on your credit card. I paid in full after my last fitting (before I picked it up) and was able to use my card.

one last thing :) thanks everyone!!
I finally called, and yes, as the posts say, Sonicstef is right. I can pay the balance in full on my credit card and be all set. They do ask that if you can't pay the balance in full right away, that at least 1/2 the remaining balance is paid before the first fitting. If you take home the dress at any time, be it months before or the day before and you haven't finished paying, that payment the day you want to leave with it must be in cash.Welcome New Vendors
