Favor Question

We are planning to make donations to a few different charities in lieu of favors.

Anyone have creative ideas or thoughts on how to present this to guests (scrolls, etc.)?

For a friend's wedding, I designed a scroll favor (using wording from the MS society) and tied the scroll with ribbon. On the knot, we fastened a MS society pin.

welll... depends on the charity... we donated to the Lance Armstrong cancer fund... so we gave each guest a yellow
'Livestrong' bracelet with a note explaining the donation... that way they had something they could take home as well....

i like these suggestions...something cute that they can take home telling of the donation is a wonderful idea.

Right now, March of Dimes is selling 'Beanie Babies' for 2.50 each. They have a MILLION different kinds, including 'Just Married' Bears. If you wanted to donate to that charity, you can buy the Beanie Babies AS your favors, and maybe a little extra donation, and have the bears hold a little card explaining the donation/favor! I think that would be cute! . You get cute favors AND the donation to a worthwhile charity!

Where did you see the Beanie Babies...I looked on web site but I didnt see them.
