Is it ok to have your Mom be the MOH?

Sure it is. I work with this lady and she was the MOH in her daughters wedding.

my mom is going to be my MOH.. she's my best friend and i love her more than anything. i grew up without a dad and my grandma basically took that spot so she's going to be walking me down the aisle.. i wanted my mom to be just as important as my 'dad' so i knew this was the right thing to do. i did want my aunt (hallowedding on here) to be my MOH but i knew my mom should be first. i was going to have 2 MOH but then it would take away the whole thing from my mom.. now that im rambling, my answer is absolutely im sure you're mom would be more than thrilled to be your MOH
