Would you want to eat at my wedding! menu to follow!

we chose our menu tonight at the WM (and had dinner there...OMG the restaurant is delish and I highly recmd it!)

beside the passed hors d'oeuvres and the cold displays (frutti di mare, cheeses, pasta salads yadda yad)

we have 8 'stations'
pasta station with farfalle pesto
Carving station with marinated sirloin steak
Japanese Hibachi station
Southwestern station
Greek station (woo hoo Ouzo)
fried calamari
arroz con pollo
kielbasa

appetizer
antipasto

salad
GREEK!

then, choice of the 7 entrees the WM offers

then, DESSERT!
wedding cake
chocolate fountain AND
BROOKLYN SUNDAE BAR

what do you think?

Lauren, the 8 CH stations are included. the chocolate fountain they gave me for participating in the focus group with Jerry Scotto, so that wasn't extra.

we gave up the menu dessert choice and we are getting our cake from elsewhere, so that helped mitigate the extra cost of the BK Sundae Bar, but that was still extra...we just HAD TO HAVE IT! LOL

Anita...I called one of my best friends Maria, who was born and raised in Greece to make sure we could go for the Greek station (I HATE americanized ethnic food

) but she said it should be fine LOL...it was the 'chilled Ouzo' with the station that piqued my interest LOL...the kielbasa was all FH! LOL

keep your phone like open on 4/23...I'd much rather have you their than an empty seat!
