Yeah, people are realizing that it's stupid to take a 40 year mortgage and realize that they can't afford what they have arranged.

This is happening to people everywhere even with re-sales..the prices are nuts.

anything to get the deal done, I guess! a 100 year mortgage is ridiculous - thats why the Fed is cracking down on the ARMs and stuff......its getting to be crazy.
